Atlas Copco Oil Separators

This oil separator filter element 1614437300 is a double-layer structure. The first layer is fine particles made of borosilicate glass fiber with a certain thickness and gaps. The second layer is made of polyester synthetic fiber. In the rough separation process, the oil-gas mixture of the screw compressor enters from the tangentially arranged air inlet pipe, flows tangentially along the inner side of the tank and collides in the container formed by the baffles. The large oil droplets are roughly separated by inertia and gravity, and the oil flows out from the oil outlet pipe. After rough separation, the oil-gas mixture enters the oil separator core for fine separation.
