How it works

Filtration process: When the oil flows through the filter element, the filter medium (such as filter paper, metal mesh, etc.) inside the filter element will intercept and absorb impurities in the oil, allowing clean oil to pass through.

Bypass valve design: In some oil filter elements, a bypass valve is provided. When the filter element is blocked and the pressure difference is too high, the bypass valve will automatically open to allow the incompletely filtered oil to pass through to ensure the normal operation of the system.
