Other Oil Separators

This oil separator filter element LB962/21 is a device that separates the gas from the lubricating oil to ensure the normal operation of the lubrication system. Its working principle is that the air compressed from the compressor main engine head carries oil droplets of different sizes. Large oil droplets are easily separated through the oil-gas separation tank, while small oil droplets (suspended oil particles with a diameter of less than 1μm) must be filtered through the micron-grade glass fiber filter material of the oil-gas separation filter element. After the oil mist is intercepted, diffused and aggregated by the filter material, the small oil droplets quickly aggregate into large oil droplets, pass through the filter layer under the action of pneumatic and gravity, and settle at the bottom of the filter element. These oils are continuously returned to the lubrication system through the return oil pipe inlet at the bottom of the filter element, so that the compressor can discharge purer and higher-quality compressed air.
