This oil separation filter element LE4010 maintains the cleanliness of the oil, improves the lubrication and heat dissipation performance of the oil, enables the equipment to operate efficiently and stably, and thus extends the service life of the equipment. The oil filter element has a long service life and high dirt holding capacity, which reduces the replacement frequency and maintenance cost, effectively removes pollutants in the oil, and reduces oil waste and environmental pollution.

Working principle

Coarse separation: The oil-gas mixture first enters the oil-gas separation tank. During this process, the larger oil droplets settle due to gravity and are discharged through the oil outlet pipe.

Fine separation: After coarse separation, the oil-gas mixture enters the oil filter element. The oil mist is intercepted, diffused and aggregated by the filter material. The small oil droplets quickly aggregate into larger oil droplets. Under the action of pneumatic and gravity, they pass through the filter layer and settle at the bottom of the filter element. These oils are siphoned back to the lubrication system through the return oil pipe at the bottom of the filter element
