The replacement cycle of this oil separator filter element LE6023 depends on the use conditions and equipment requirements. For strict production processes, the use time should be appropriately shortened. The LE6023 oil filter element has high-efficiency filtering performance, which can effectively separate oil droplets and particulate matter in compressed air to ensure that the discharged compressed air is purer.

Replacement method:

After the vacuum pump stops, make sure that the system is free of pressure.

Remove the fixing bolts on the exhaust cover and remove the exhaust cover.

Remove the top plate assembly.

Remove the exhaust filter and replace it with a new one.

Install the top plate assembly and exhaust cover in the reverse order of disassembly.

Note: When replacing the exhaust filter, replace the oil filter and lubricating oil at the same time
