Other Oil Separators

This oil separator filter element LE9009 first enters the oil-gas separation tank when the oil-gas mixture enters the oil-gas separation tank. During this process, the larger oil droplets settle due to gravity and are discharged through the oil outlet pipe. This is the first layer of filtration separation in the two-layer separation we often say. Then the oil-gas mixture after coarse separation enters the oil filter element. The oil mist is intercepted, diffused and aggregated by the filter material. The small oil droplets quickly aggregate into larger oil droplets. Under the action of pneumatic and gravity, they pass through the filter layer and settle at the bottom of the filter element. These oils are siphoned back to the lubrication system through the return oil pipe at the bottom of the filter element. This is the last layer of separation.
