This oil separation filter LE9019 is made of high-quality materials and can maintain its shape under high pressure, maintain the maximum surface area, and thus improve performance. The replacement cycle depends on the operating conditions and equipment requirements. For demanding production processes, the use time should be appropriately shortened.

Replacement method:

1. After the vacuum pump is shut down, confirm that the system is free of pressure.

2. Remove the fixing bolts on the exhaust cover and remove the exhaust cover.

3. Remove the top sheet assembly.

4. Remove the exhaust filter and replace it with a new exhaust filter.

5. Install the top sheet assembly and exhaust cover in the reverse order of disassembly
