This oil separator filter LE9020x oil filter is usually made of multiple layers of metal mesh and filter material. The number of layers and the number of meshes constituting the wire mesh are determined according to different use conditions and purposes. The linear filter paper filter element uses folded filter paper and plastic or metal filter at both ends, while the spiral filter paper filter element wraps the filter paper on the central tube. It has a very high dirt holding capacity and can accommodate a large amount of impurities, extending the service life of the filter element.

Working principle

Mechanical filtration: When the oil flows through the oil filter element, solid particles and impurities are intercepted and adsorbed by the porous structure of the filter element, thereby achieving filtration.

Deep filtration: Some oil filter elements use deep filtration technology, and the fiber structure inside the filter material can deeply adsorb and intercept tiny particles.

Backwash regeneration: Some oil separation filter elements are designed with backwashing function, which removes impurities on the surface of the filter element through backwashing and restores the filtering performance of the filter element.
